Cancellation

Users can switch from the Unlimited Plan to Basic Plan at any time by clicking the “Cancel unlimited subscription” button located above in the View Your Plan page of the application. The change will take effect on the 1st of the following month, the start of the next billing cycle.

Account deletion

Users can close their accounts and request their information be deleted by sending an email to [email protected] indicating their Full name, Email address and Business name.
