Yes, you’re free to switch between the Unlimited plan (paid) and Basic plan (free) anytime you like:

• If you only have 1 active project, you can switch back to a Basic plan at any time, without losing any project details.
• Once you need to manage 2 or more projects simply upgrade again.

The change will take effect on the start of the next billing cycle.

Yes, you can invite your subcontractors to access GC Reno for free.They only see the projects, tasks and documents that you choose to share and assign to them.
